- The X-book Crossover Fatal Attractions starts immediately after this, with Kitty leaving to go to the States to see Illyana. Kurt later joins Kitty for Illyana's funeral, but Rachel doesn't go. It seems odd that she wouldn't go. However, Phoenix being there would have been a major advantage for the X-Men during the fight that ensues.
